Irish Spring Song
(Moment in the Sun x Gavin Petit) Sev. 6" fl. 27" sc. EM 25-30 buds. When I made this cross, I certainly did not expect to get this chautreuse edged flower. The soft, cream pink blooms have a clear green throat. The petal edges are tightly crimped and ruffled. The crimped edge is a combination of gold and chartreuse. I have used it heavily in my green edge program, with wonderful results. With Gavin Petit as a parent, it also produces eyed and edged flowers with green edges.
